Hi Liran,
I found the EPOS_Windows_32-Bit_DLL_E.zip package for the Epos2 70/10 controller from Maxon Motor's webpage and used the EposCmd.dll and Definitions.h to import the DLL library function into ATEasy. This should give you a good starting point for your application. This ATEasy Driver is untested since I don't have a Maxon Motors controller here. DLL, Header and ATEasy Driver are included in the zip file.
