WE HAVE A PROBLEM.  WHEN WE NEED TO CALIBRATE OUR COUNTER GTX2210. S.N 0635

WE GET ERROR MESSAGE FROM CalEasy: Invalid control number should have 'BB-MM-RRR or 'ZZ-BB-MM-RRR' format where ZZ,BB and MM should be AA,ZZ and RRR should be 000-999.

Please This problem  is causing us delays.

You probably need to upgrade your CalEasy/GxCNT software. Use  our web support portal (magic) for this type of questions.
