Geotest Announces Strategic Agreement With GuideTech
(December 15, 2000) - Geotest-MTS, Inc., a Marvin Group company, today announced a strategic agreement with GuideTech for the design and marketing of PXI Time Interval Counters.
Under the agreement, Geotest will re-host GuideTech's family of time interval counters on the PXI platform. The new products will be introduced in Q2, 2001 and include four models of 100-MHz and 1.3-GHz Time Interval Counters as part of the GTX2xxx family.
"This agreement is a significant milestone in the evolution of PXI," said Loofie Gutterman, Geotest's chief operating officer. "The agreement will allow both companies to leverage GuideTech's proven technology with Geotest's PXI and marketing experience in the PXI market that is becoming a standard platform for test applications."
