GX7310 Chassis - Turned on by itself, won't turn off

GX7310 Chassis - Turned on by itself, won't turn off

Has anyone else ever had a chassis turn on even with the power switch in the OFF position? Ours did this week. The only way to turn it off is to unplug it.

Ideas before I ask for RMA?
