Geotest Expands Strategic Sales and Marketing Team
Irvine, CA (January 15, 2007) - Geotest-Marvin Test Systems, Inc., a global supplier of electronic test equipment for aerospace, semiconductors, telecom, medical, industrial and military applications, today announced the addition of Michael Frey to its sales and marketing staff as a Sr. Business Development Manager.
A highly decorated Vietnam combat veteran, Frey retired from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel in 1989 after 21 years of service. In the private sector, Frey used his logistical and command experience to successfully develop business opportunities for various DoD test and measurement suppliers. He has held positions managing business development and logistics programs at companies such as EADS, Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, and General Dynamics.
"Michael brings with him a wealth of ATE experience, both as a uniformed Air Force officer and as a civilian." said Loofie Gutterman, Geotest President.
"His experience in the industry will help us identify opportunities – in both the military and commercial markets. We are very pleased to have Michael join our team."
Working out of the corporate headquarters in Irvine, California, Frey will be responsible for positioning Geotest products and services for military and aerospace business segments. His responsibilities will include identifying opportunities, developing business relationships and partnerships with both prime contractors and DoD customers, as well as promoting Geotest’s and Marvin Group’s products and capabilities within the Mil/Aero market place.
