Geotest Introduces a Multi-channel Precision DC Source
AUTOTESTCON Valley Forge, PA. Geotest - MTS, a Marvin Group company, announces the introduction of the GX1838, a multi-channel programmable DC Source providing test engineers in avionics testing and other ATE applications with multiple discrete outputs.
The GX1838 provides 8 output channels and three programmable 14-bit Voltage Rails. Voltage Rails A through C are used as voltage sources for the High and Low state and each of the rails can be switched to any of 8 output channels.
The GX1838 and other PXI products introduced by Geotest were developed as a result of a growing demand for low-cost, high-performance alternatives to VXI and rack instrumentation. Geotest also offers a wide range of additional PXI instruments including low-cost, high-speed digital I/O, ROM emulators and switching, and a PXI chassis.
Prices and Availability: Product shipment for the GX1838 is scheduled for Q4 2001. Starting price for the product is $1995.
