to the public on February 6, 2002. The headquarters is at 17570 Cartwright Road, Irvine, CA 92614.
The Open House will include workshops on the new PXI (PCI eXtensions for Instrumentation) test platform, dynamic digital
I/O instrumentation, application software and the latest in ATE.
