Geotest Introduces a Low-Cost, High-Speed, PXI Digital I/O Board
WESCON, Anaheim, CA. - Geotest - MTS, a Marvin Group company, today announced the introduction of the GX5250, the world's fastest PXI based digital I/O board. The GX5250 is a high-speed, 6U PXI instrument with 32 bits of I/O channels that supports test rates of up to 100MHz and vector depth of up to 512Mbit per pin. A member of Geotest's Award-winning PC-Based digital I/O product family, the GX5250 the deepest vector memory in the world, multiple I/O level configurations including TTL, ECL, PECL, and programmable levels, and much more. The GX5250 was designed for those applications where massive amounts of UUT data must be streamed at sustained high-speeds without relying on the computer's CPU or memory.
The GX5250, as well as other members of Geotest's digital I/O product family is supplied with software drivers to support all major development environment and DIOEasy - Geotest's innovative Windows-Based graphical environment designed to simplify the task of vector development, editing, and sequence programming.
The GX5250 and other PXI products introduced by Geotest were developed as a result of a growing demand for low-cost, high-performance alternatives to VXI and rack instrumentation. Geotest also offers a wide range of additional PXI instruments including low-cost, high-speed digital I/O, ROM emulators and switching, and a PXI chassis.
