Geotest Adds New Programmable I/O Module To Its Award-Winning Digital I/O Family
Irvine, CA (September 25, 2002) – Geotest-Marvin Test Systems, Inc., a global supplier of electronic test equipment for aerospace, semiconductors, telecom, medical, industrial and military applications, today announced the release of the GC5930 Programmable Levels I/O Module, ideal for in-circuit testing and for custom input and output levels required in chip testing.
The GC5930 is the daughter board for the GC5050, Geotest’s PCI-based 50MHz Digital I/O card. The GC5930 provides 32 channels of programmable level translation outputs combined with programmable level threshold inputs. It eliminates the need to create external custom interface circuits. Geotest offers high-performance digital I/O products in PXI, PCI, and ISA. The product line can handle various I/O levels including TTL, LVDS, PECL, and programmable and at frequencies up to 100MHz.
“Our line of award-winning digital functional test products is the broadest in the industry and with the addition of the GC5930, we continue to provide our customers with comprehensive and cost-effective digital test solutions,” said David Manor, Geotest vice president of hardware engineering.
Availability: Product shipment for the GC5930 is scheduled for October 2002.
