Marvin Test Solutions has recently introduced the GX7016, GENASYS switching sub-system which is based on the PXI architecture and offers an advanced, high performance, switching architecture for mixed-signal test applications. MTS presented a paper at Autotestcon 2015 which provides a technical overview of this architecture.
